In today's times, it is a blessing to have been in the Rock Creek Springs Apts community for 15 plus years. This is a testament to the property owners, staff, and our neighbors who all make up an empowering community! The maintenance staff are excellent and do care about the maintaining and correcting any issues on property or that the particular tenant may have. The office staff has taken good care with assisting with questions or assistance as needed in various situations for all these years!! That is important to me as a tenant!! I salute our Community and encourage us to continue to be the community that cares!! Thank you for caring, sharing, maintaining and improving upon a great community, now and in years to come!! Sincerely, Rock Creek Springs Resident

Manor at Colesville has very good reputation in Silver Spring Maryland

    5/5 Catherine P. on Aug 25, 2020

I have lived in the Manor at Colesville for almost four years. My neighbors are friendly, and respectful and we work together as a community. The management staff is very professional and responsive to community members and their needs. Even during the pandemic every effort has been made to keep us safe. I would recommend Manor at Colesville to any senior looking for a very warm and friendly community environment.

    4/5 Jolene on Nov 29, 2022

Been living here about three months so far and it's been great. Love my spacious studio. This building has some of the best value for the space you get. It's an old building and doesn't have many amenities, but they upkeep it well. Haven't had any pests issues in my units. It can be loud sometimes, but that's pretty much anywhere in Downtown Silver Spring.

Great community and staff . Enjoying living here

    5/5 Anonymous on Jan 2, 2024

I've lived here almost 2 years now and the building is pretty good. The staff is responsive and well maintained. the maintenance crew is timely and responsive. The only problem is the so-called modernization of the elevators; they go out and if you live on the upper floors you have to wait until some intervention is made. Overall, I love the location - shops, metro, transportation!
