Excellent Customer Service
I am a resident of Fairland Crossing. I visited the leasing office today, November 30th and spoke with a leasing consultant named Sa'Keyma Cole. She was very friendly, professional and answered all my questions. She provided excellent customer service, with a beautiful smile. I just wanted management to know how well she does her job. We need more like her! Keep up the good work Sa'Keyma!
Maintenance is always problematic
Ive been ignored, chase maintenance down for months to almost getting penalized by rent assistance, constantly reposting same maintenance requests because if one thing is done the rest of the request gets ignored and checked off too, delivered moldy used appliances, refused to be let in my apartment with spare key I supplied, laughed and treated with sarcasm, every return call promised never returned, There is new mngmnt now so maybe that has changed. I dont know...
Not the Best
I will say that I was impressed with my apartment when I toured it but once I moved in I realized I could have chosen somewhere else better to live. When we moved in the door jam fell off leaving the locks exposed. I reported it as an emergency and they sent someone to repair it. People were using credit cards to enter their apartments. When I moved in I was receiving mail from about 5 different people. The leasing office had no idea which post office was assigned to our mailing address. I understand people have issues paying rent and get evicted. The first two months I was receiving eviction notices on my door and the third month it was in the mailbox. I went to the leasing office to ask them to notify the post office that the previous tenants no longer lived in my unit and asked bout the eviction notice and they said it was coming from the court. I contacted the lawyer on the notice to inform her that the tenant no longer lives in the unit. There was broken glass in the parking lot and I got a flat tire. I mentioned it to management to see if they would credit me and they did not. Parking is horrendous. They make you register your vehicle to get a parking pass but there is never any available parking in the front of the building after 5 pm where there is a long side walk that leads to the building. Parking behind the building just looks sketchy. There is constant traffic up and down the street with no safety patrol. I am not sure if this complex is section 8 but they have a lot of inspections where they request to enter your unit. I have never lived somewhere that had so many inspections.
