Hello! The Warwick is a delightful property, it's just a little long in the tooth, as they say. The apartments are so spacious and well appointed. Even in my one bedroom there is room for multiple furniture layouts within the confines of the square footage. The maintenance crew is top notch, but it's like they are chasing a herd of cats around. Once something gets fixed, another thing goes haywire. Communication about the repairs comes quickly from the office, thankfully, but there is little to know recompense or acknowledgement of the many, many interruptions to the service and limited amenities in the building. Having said all that, I really like the Warwick and will be here for another four to five years. I love the view from the upper floors and it's SO conveniently located to walking trails and schools.

No electricity on side in kitchen Right now the AC is working is so hat the dishwasher stunk because is not working properly Can I please have someone to fix my AC please
