Great location, Poor infrastructure / communication

The Warwick is a really old building, and it's years have been hard. Security is almost nil and it is rarely clean for more than a few minutes at a time. Seems like there is always something broken or off. Office staff is unreliable, often taking multiple visits to get them to do anything. The apartments are very spacious and nicely appointed.

Warwick Apartments

I have lived at the Warwick apartments for 5 months and had pretty good experiences overall. Starting with the staff, they are very pleasant. The apartment itself is large for the value. The location is great and close to everything. Concerns are the parking at night due to parking availability and the fire alarm had been pulled unnecessarily and is very loud.
