The staff is Amazing! When we moved from California to DC, we didn't have a chance to view the apartment beforehand, and the team worked with us to ensure we had a great place to stay.

The location and staff are absolutely the best. But given the building's age, its amenities cannot compete with the newer buildings and things are breaking down more frequently. Hence why the value is just okay.
