This isn't a dormitory

Hi-- I selected this property based on many years of visiting other adult residents. The quality of life, in spite of COVID, has seriously deteriorated in the past year based on the number of students living here with parties, large groups and parties and noise and smoking on balconies and rooftop (3am++++). Last weekend there was vomit in the front entrance way that no one bothered to report from the night before. Very good keeping the property in good+clean shape pre+post COVID but the increase in immature and irresponsible students/young people treating it like a dorm and not an adult community is not what I would expect from this type of "better" property. I know some are being written up but this sadly doesn't seem to modify behavior. Terry
