    Sinclaire has its perks but also needs to iron out some details. Mainly the elevators. I’ve gotten stuck (or almost stuck) in 2/3 of the elevators on two occasions in the span of six months. This is a major safety issue, especially when the elevator attempts to move up with the doors still open.

    "I’m really happy with my home at Riverside Apartments. The customer service is amazing—everyone is friendly and helpful. It took a little time to get approved due to the paperwork, but it was worth it. Overall, very satisfied with my experience!"

    After owning homes in Alexandria City for 45 years, I had to quickly find a rental apartment quickly. I'm grateful that I found the Clayborne! It has been such a positive experience with the management and building maintenance staff. LaTese, Bianca, and Barry have been so kind and generous, going above and beyond to make my transition easier here. It's a lovely building in an ideal location!

    It's been a great experience living at Cascade at Landmark. The property is well maintained. Everyone in the building is nice and quiet. Maintenance has been great when submitting tickets they are quick to respond,

    This apartment is a great value for what you get in terms of square footage, quality of maintenance, and property management. They provide great feedback, support, and communication for any and all issues. Additionally you aren't paying extra fees for things you can do for yourself so it's easier to price and budget for rent expenses.

    Bingo night normally at the Amenities office is fun. The new Virtual Bingo is a lot of fun especially when we get into theme nights like last night which was 80's night. Hopefully, we can do more virtual theme Bingo Nights. Thank you!
