Maintenance

Kudos to the wonderful maintenance team! Every work order is answered timely , work completed accurately and most important they cleaned up after the work, it was almost as if they had not been in my home except for knowing the repair was completed. Often my service request are completed when I am not home, a little while ago I had the opportunity to observe their professionalism. They knocked before entering, waited for my response and once the door was open they immediately put on shoe covers . They went to the requested area (bathroom) and covered the floor with a cloth so that none of the dust from the repair was on the floor. They asked if anything else needed to be addressed and when I said no they left. As a professional in the healthcare building management field, this team exceeded my expectations. Virtual Bingo Night

Bingo night normally at the Amenities office is fun. The new Virtual Bingo is a lot of fun especially when we get into theme nights like last night which was 80's night. Hopefully, we can do more virtual theme Bingo Nights. Thank you!

I've lived in Rose Hill for almost a year and it isn't the worst place to live, but definitely isn't the best. Our amenity hub that was supposed to be under renovation for three months when we moved in (August 2019) was just completed in March. So with the stay at home order, we've had no time to utilize the "amenities" that were included. The apartments walls are paper thins and ventilation throughout the building is terrible- you can smell and hear everything your neighbor is cooking and doing. The grounds are kept very nicely and community rules are enforced for the most part. It's a great complex as far as location and very pet friendly. The leasing office staff is okay and maintenance staff is very nice. There is always available parking and that's a huge plus! I think a lot of making this complex a great place to live are strategic unit selection. They seem to be making a lot of great changes that will make future homeowners very happy.
