Contempo NOVA Review

I have lived in the Contempo NOVA apartment complex since the beginning of September, 2023. I really like it here due to the clean space and the community that the apartment complex has created. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking in the Alexandria area for an apartment, look at Contempo NOVA.

Review

This is my second year living at Contempo, so far my experience has been great! Staff communicates in a timely manner, my packages are never missing, there is a parking garage, and the building itself feels secure. Noise happens as it should be expected, it is an apartment complex, but neighbors are courteous and ensure to clear the courtyard at a reasonable time. The staff provide different events/parties for residents. Only thing there's no business center, or a place to work in private.
