Nice place to live

Maintenance is proactive, staff is timely to help iut and very knowledegable, buildings are clean, personable aura, very homey, bug/rodent free, great location, hoewever parking is scarce and the ratio from reserved to free parking is crazy

I have no complaints. Units are clean, maintained, plenty of parking even if id prefer to have some motorcycle parking available. Prices reflect the area and overall its a good place to live.

This apartment is a great value for what you get in terms of square footage, quality of maintenance, and property management. They provide great feedback, support, and communication for any and all issues. Additionally you aren't paying extra fees for things you can do for yourself so it's easier to price and budget for rent expenses.
