Exotic animals such as fish, hamsters, birds, turtles, and rabbits are allowed. Fish tanks must not exceed 20 gallons. Fees only apply to cats and dogs. The Graham at Southern Towers is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $50 per month per pet. There is also a $350 one-time fee per pet. There are no weight limits for dogs. The following breeds and/or mix breeds are prohibited: German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, Saint Bernard, Chow Chow, and Akita.
