The staff made me feel comfortable and right at home . Very friendly and the community was always peaceful also at night . I never loud noise . The neighbors are friendly and clean . The home is affordable for my budget. The rooms are spacious!! So happy I decided to move in this area . Highly recommend.

Leasing Specialist Mercedes

As a new resident of the state of Georgia, I would like to commend Mercedes for her exceptional service and making my move a great one. I know that i bugged her to get into my place and to make sure that i had everything that i needed to make this a seamless process. Mercedes not ine time caught an attitude or showed frustration towards me whether it was through email, phone calls, and even during the day of move in. She was very busy but still managed to make my move in welcoming and enjoying. Meeting her in person was 10x better. She gave my two year old son and I a nice tour of the property and dropped some jewels on me as well. I love how she was engaged with my son which made us feel right at home. Besides the good talk of the specialist though, I am loving the community. The location, the quietness and the cleanliness of my new home was exceptional. Overall, dealing with Mercedes and the community has been a 10/10 so far.
