Office staff don't answer the phone, are usually very unresponsive and disrespectful.

If your in the first floor and near the playground. You may not be able to enjoy peace and quiet.

I have lived here less than a year, and my utility bill has gone up every single month. The place is noisy and not well kept. Resident services/leasing people aren't really interested in helping people, aside from a few nice folks. Lots of trash everywhere. I like the convenience store. The appliances suck, whether its HVAC, my crappy dishwasher, or my washer machine. Maintence has been nice, but each person does things differently than the other.
