This is a beautifully renovated apartment building. Apartment finishes are nice. Amenities are great. Staff are okay to work with. The biggest issue is the maintenance, rather, how maintenance is handled. You have to contact their "service center," which is a call center that dispatches maintenance. If you have a "non-emergency," as determined by the service center, on a Friday night or on a weekend, your maintenance request will not be addressed until Monday, at the earliest. So if say your washing machine breaks down Saturday morning, service center will tell you that you have to wait until at least Monday for maintenance to come by. Based on my own experience. The mediocre service does not justify the high rent IMO. TLDR: Beautiful building. Poor handling of maintenance requests. Not worth the rent.

Apartments are spacious and maintenance is responsive. Rent can be a bit high but the location is excellent.
