Good price for location!

Lived here for 3 years and love it. The building is well maintained and everyone is very friendly. Love the location, and appreciate that the building is rent controlled! Quick walk to parks and everything you need, but still very quiet location.

No frills in a nice area

Great location, close to 18th street/Kalorama/Rock Creek Park/Dupont. No real amenities to speak of so look elsewhere if you want an outdoor area, roof deck, gym or parking. Building is in good condition for its age, although badly in need of a renovation. Maintenance is generally OK; they are quick to respond and generally repair well, but it would be nice if they gave a heads up before arriving. The head property manager Nichole is good, but after her it drops off quickly, with a lack of courtesy and thoughtfulness.

late response or no response to maintenance requests no notice about when vendors will arrive most vendors do the job poorly or incorrectly so that another vendor needs to come most issues remain unresolved even after weeks of back and forth over email and the portal

Dirty but cheap

Inexpensive but poorly maintained—the carpet is disgusting, many of the walls are badly scuffed, the apartment probably isn’t ready for move in when you actually move in. Good location in Adams Morgan.
