Great value, excellent management and staff

I have lived at Chathams Court for over 5 years now, I feel every day at home, the staff is always attentive and solves all your inquiries in a very efficient way. The building is always clean and organized. All utilities are included but gas and electricity (hot water and AC are included), and last but not least the location is perfect, near grocery stores, CVS, restaurants, and nightlife, only 20 min from downtown DC by bus and nearby rock creek park for those that like to be out in nature. Excellent option for price and quality.

Pricey but pleasant

Great location, pleasant and present staff, diverse residents! Its a bit noisy in the back of the building and there are quirks that come with the age of the building.

Great value, location and staff

I have lived here for 3 years now and probably will be for many years more. The location, staff, and property management are 10/10. Great place to start your life in the city close enough to downtown and surrounded by nature, good entertainment (restaurants, parks, coffee shops), and super close to supermarkets, CVS, and many other shops. Great place to live!!
