We moved in in November of 2023 and it is just lovely. Great neighbors, friendly staff and a very spacious nice apt.

Love my apartment on the inside, spacious and affordable. Very very happy to live here. But there are no amenities in the building, no roof access, coin laundry, etc, and it is quite a loud corner. But these don't bother me so much, mostly I have had a really good experience!!

Parking is a major problem in this area Zone 1 parking meters are everywhere very limited parking for residence due to the influx of people visiting the shops, and restaurants. Great locations Grocery Stores, Pharmacy, CVS, Banks, Metro excess, Maintenance could use some much needed improvement, with Mats, Walls Painted, more Trash cans, It's Pricey with No Amenities, The Noise a moderate building pretty sound, Staff Ms Anderson is amazing she need help definitely can focus on these issues
