The building has changed over the years, some for the better while others remain lacking. More needs to be done to secure the building for safety and the cleanliness of the common areas. The grounds in and around the perimeter lack presence; flower beds are unattended and the courtyard smells of dogs every time it rains. That place needs an overhaul as soon as possible. It's not a dog park, people need to walk their animals elsewhere to relieve them.

We love our apartment but the property management team has continuously been unresponsive and extremely hard to get in touch with. Parking around this building is also extremly difficult.

I've lived in the neighborhood about 50 years and I've seen major changes. I lived through the major renovation and appreciate the additional amenities and that the plumbing and electrical systems were replaced though I don't like the "open architecture in the design of the units. The security was improved and the mail box arrangement also much improved. The parking is even worst than before because the new building across the street took 4 parking spaces. They lied in their presentation at the zoning hearings, saying then that they take only 2. They have underground parking but chose not to require their residents have vehicles to use it.
