Kimberly was wonderful. We moved in and did not like the unit. We reached out to her and she assisted us quickly with transferring me to something I wanted.

Great experience with the staff. Occasional noise problems late at night, but not a serious issue. I feel safe and secure here. Wish rent was cheaper.

I have lived here for almost three years now. I love the property; it is clean, and well appointed, the staff are nice and friendly, and the units are big for a studio apt. I definitely would recommend living here to a friend, I love my unit and the apartment complex. It is close to shops, the metro, and grocery stores, as well as good restaurants in Cleveland Park.

I've lived at 3801 for 4 years and have loved it. Great masonry building - very quiet, with large rooms and plenty of closet space. The property is located between the Cleveland Park and Van Ness Metro stations with everything one could need within walking distance. There is a parking garage under the building and there are always spaces available for rent. Front desk and front office staff are terrific and provide great service in collecting, accounting for and urging pick-up of a HUGE number of packages. Maintenance is virtually immediate and generally effective on the first visit. I have met folks in the building who have lived here 30, 40 and even 50 years. That says a lot about this building.

My entire experience living at Sedgewick Gardens has been absolutely wonderful. The staff is amazing and the apartment's convenient location to the Metro is perfect. My living space has been good and I am happy to choose Sedgwick Gardens as a place to live!

Been here for 3 years now. Great location with parks and stores within walking distance. It has served us well, but it is not quiet. The only amenity is washing machines, and a little library.

I have been living here for over 2 years. The building is always well maintained and the staff are very responsive to any questions or issues. The location is excellent as it is close to public transportation, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I have always felt safe not only walking around the neighborhood but also when within the building's interior spaces. I would highly recommend this building to singles and couples who require comfort, convenience, and are on a moderate budget.
