Not worth the money

Rented here for the parking. They're removing over half the parking just before winter. Have had damaged plaster since moving in and has not yet been fixed. Dishwasher broken twice and kitchen sink broken once. Paying nearly 2k for a small space. Thin walls.

Love living here

Every time I come home from work, I'm so thankful to be coming home to Quebec House. The staff is wonderful and know you by name, the place is kept clean and there's always a food truck or some event going on. The AC blows cold in the summer and the heat is warm in the winter - all utilities included. The location is ideal with Rock Creek Park in the backyard. I am so happy to be living here.

Old Building Near Metro With A lot of Parking

I have lived here for 3 years. It is a pretty good building that is close to the metro, only 1.5 miles from downtown, and a ton of parking, which is rare in DC. Overall, it is probably a good value. My biggest complaint is that because the building is old, I have had a few problems with my apartment. I experienced an overflown kitchen sink 3 times that flooded my kitchen and recently had mold in my bedroom and damaged flooring due to a big leak. The second incident took a really long time to fix and was not handled properly by maintenance or management, which was very annoying.
