Why Renters Love It Here
Staff Is Great
I have lived at Yuma Gardens for a couple of years now, and have had a great experience. Abdul has been especially great, being extremely responsive for maintenance requests. The property is well taken care of, and cleaned and landscaped regularly. Highly recommend this place!
Great Cheap Living
What we are getting for the price here is FANTASTIC! While I wish we had some more amenities (dream of a garbage disposal) I do love that all amenities are included! The property manager is AMAZING. The location is great.

Very nice building, and building manager Abdul does a great job with quick response time
Yuma Street Rocks!
Love living here. Only wish we had covered parking and more washing machines. Abdul is a fantastic facility manager.
Worth the price
I've lived at Yuma Gardens for a few years now and it is definitely worth the price of rent. The building manager is extremely helpful and the community itself is quiet but friendly. Amenities could be better.
