Renee and Colin are the absolute best and as long as they are here I will be here! I love how quiet the building is. My two requests would be a little gym equipment in the laundry room, even just an elliptical and treadmill would be amazing. Most of all, I would love to go back to do regular events for both the building and with Clarence house like we did before the pandemic; bbqs, dinners, etc. I would love to have more of a community feeling in the building and that is the best way to do it.

The Frontenac has very few amenities and the hallways could benefit from repainting, however, the apartments are large, and clean. The staff is the best aspect of the Frontenac. They are always available and always willing to lend a hand. Also, Van Ness is a great, convenient neighborhood.

I love living here! I have been at the Frontenac for a little over a year, and I adore this apartment. The staff is all so nice and attentive, and the maintenance is always fast and easy. The neighbors are quiet and friendly and I have never had an issue with my mail or laundry.

Lived here 3.5 years and it's been good the whole time. Friendly staff / maintenance are very responsive when issues do infrequently arise. Location is very convenient to stores and metro. Living right on Connecticut Ave is a little noisy at times but not too bad.

Lovely, quiet building with great apartments and extremely responsive staff. Great shops and restaurants within a walkable distance, and with metro and buslines nearby, it’s easy to get anywhere else you might want to go. As long as I’m renting in DC, I plan to stay in this building.
