I have been living here almost a year. The building is very quiet, everyone here is polite and respectful, no parties or noice until 3am, never happened. if you are looking for a clean quiet, modern and safe place, don't look any further. Valentina the Manager is very nice and always available.

Lived here over a year. They are good at giving notices if any changes occur. The building fire alarm acts up sometimes and the elevator breaks more than I think is normal. I wish maintenance was faster, however the building is very new with nice finishes so there is not too much maintenance to be done.

Been here for 2 years, convenience place, quiet and next to a park.

Great building, great area

I have lived here for a month and it's been delightful. The staff that helped me throughout the rental process were great. Everything here is very convenient - from parking, to mail, to bike storage, to garbage and recycling. I am still getting settled in my space, but this property being so wonderful has made the transition and move so easy for me.

this is the worst management system I have ever used

Truly the finest apartment building I have experienced. It reminds me of an elegant London hotel. It is unparalled in Oakland as it stands alone overlooking Lake Merritt and far beyond. The apartments are HUGE and every single one has a massive balcony. The thick walls and concrete floor make it soundproof. The staff are very attentive. The large, secure parking garage is part of the building itself.

Just started living here, but everything is convenient, the view is great, and the staff are all super helpful.

I have lived in this apartment for a month now and everything is great including our landlord! When and what I have to do / pay is always easy and clear.

Something is always broken..from the trash to the elevators, to the garage to the charging station… When new management came in they closed off the stairway which makes walking my dog super inconvenient. The new furniture does not match and the art is randomly placed - Very bizarre. Other than that the location and amenities are great, staff is nice.

We have lived at the Noho Senior Arts Colony for over a year. We love living here because the apartment is comfortable, the property is expertly maintained and the amenities are superb. The best part, however, is the way the tenants are cared for. The office management team is very responsive. The maintenance team is beyond compare. Maintenance requests are handled immediately with care and courtesy. We could not be happier with this property.

I have been living in this apartment for 5 years. It has good Schools, parking, and very close to freeways 280 & 85. I would strongly recommend these apartments.

I recently moved to the Wayferer Apartments. It is a fantastic complex and wonderful community. I will start by saying the leasing office staff are phenomenal, just kind, helpful, and personable people. The complex itself and apartment units are great. It is well kept, has every amenity you possibly need, and the location is prime. Overall we are very happy making this move.

Not bad for the price, windows are really outdated. Washers/dryers are pricey and do not work well. Staff is friendly and helpfull.

Location, parking, amenities are all great here; staff / maintenance is pretty good about getting back to you on a timely manner if you need anything. Only con to living here is the walls aren't very soundproof and people have a habit of blasting music loudly; the neighborhood is quite loud too with continuous construction.

I've been here for 2yrs and starting my third year I have a big issue with the carpet in the hall' ways. Maybe you should change to a cleaner vinyl surface it would make the areas look better when showing units etc. to many people drag their garbage, I have seen it with my own eyes not to mention dogs peeing on the carpet. Also, there are many people in the summer that abuse the fact that they live here and invite 10 plus guests to the pool which is not right at all! Cars driving like they are in a race going down or up. It's ridiculous they WHIP through the parking garage.

I move in on the 1st of July, but already I am happy. Janet is wonderful and the Wieseman front office is equally so. I've been Wiseman resident in another building on Amherst for 7 years and I am confident I will be happy living in Edinburgh as well. Thank you....

Living here was ideal and convenient. The building itself is new, clean, and beautiful. The occupants/neighbors were a bit noisy at times but all things considered, I would definitely live here again.

The complex is clean the amenities in the complex are great. They have updated the pool area with games to enjoy with two bbq to use while enjoying the pool and weather. I've enjoyed living here for the past few years!

I Love Aspire apartments. The staff is Great. Dee runs a good complex and Monica handles all the maintenance necessity. They are always ready to help and answer all questions. Monica and her crew are very quick to fix ant maintenance issues. I would definitely recommend to live here. There's no place like home.
