Anonymous on Jun 1, 2023We were some of the first people to move in here. The staff were very helpful with the process and took great care of us. The building has started to fill up as more people are moving to the property. With more people things usually start to degrade; that has not been the case here. The day time staff stays on top of things, the maintenance team is fast to respond to any request, and the night watchmen actually show up and patrol the property. I strongly recommend Legacy at Hayward.

Maintenance is always friendly and knows how to fix or replace everything in a timely and efficient manner. The College can get a little noisy from the games, but other than that, great place to make home. Sprouts just opened up next door too.

Victoria on Sep 30, 2022living here has been a blessing in more than one way. the community is friendly along with the staff. its super accessible to go in and out from the garage to my apartment greeting some neighbors along the way. i mean just the atmosphere is quiet and an excellent place to live. been living here for 1 year now and renewing my lease because you can't find a better spot to live at the moment. and the Maintenace crew is phenomenal the nicest and quickest to get what you need worked on. definitely would recommend living here if you like peace and quiet along with friendly faces and amazing staff!

Very premium in price and they charge for cleaning from your security deposit to sanitize , even though no other apartment I have rented has charged this. Very disappointing to have spent so many days cleaning and still be charged hundreds for cleaning. Be ready to sacrifice your security deposit no matter how clean you clean your place

I spend 30 minutes at least just for waiting, going from one laundry room to another and then coming back because no washer was being free anywhere. And I wish it would more clean: I am washing my baby’s clothes there, of course I adore dogs but when I open a washer and see dog hair, human hair, smth shoes, I can’t wash my baby’s clothes.

It would be great to have storage to keep our odd staff there and as we don’t have laundry facilities in unit, it would be great to have less laundry charges, because it costs 50-60$ for a month I think.
