Olga on Aug 2, 2024I have been living here for 5 years and I will never leave. It is in the best location you could wish for, walking to the beach and can watch the boats in the marina from your deck. The amenities are great and the community is really good for kids and to walk your dog. Very friendly and helpful management and staff that treat you like family. We are from another country and we feel very welcome and supported here, we feel this is our home.

Anonymous on Jun 1, 2023We were some of the first people to move in here. The staff were very helpful with the process and took great care of us. The building has started to fill up as more people are moving to the property. With more people things usually start to degrade; that has not been the case here. The day time staff stays on top of things, the maintenance team is fast to respond to any request, and the night watchmen actually show up and patrol the property. I strongly recommend Legacy at Hayward.

Stall member always smiling and very friendly and helpful. She does an excellent job of making you feel so comfortable when you enter the office and very accommodating with needs and questions. The maintenance team always complete any repairs and leave everything clean and tidy. The location and grounds make you feel like resort living.

Anonymous on Jan 4, 2022amazing location you can't beat it. Lots of things break in the house office is here often fixing out appliances but they are quick about it. The washers are horrible they barley wash or dry clothes for the amount we pay in rent I would expect better washing machines. The package system is a problem packages are often left out and sometimes stolen. The staff is very nice and quick about fixing appliances in the apartment. Property manager, Oscar, is very nice

Anonymous on Mar 11, 2023Pros: The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. The package/mail system is great. Having a pool and gym are nice to have. Cons: The old carpet in the hallways has definitely triggered my asthma. The washers and dryers are inconveniently located and constantly breaking.

We just love how beautiful the grounds are, the neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and convenient to 405 and the beaches. Jerry and his team in maintenance are sincerely THE BEST and the office management is super helpful!! We LOVE living here!
