Property reviewsLia F. on Jul 31, 2024It has been wonderful living at Le Montreaux. I have been here for a year and a half now. The apartments are in great shape and isolated enough that you get no neighbor noise. Parking is always available and much of it is covered. There is a great pool, a solid gym, and a good quiet but lively community. The staff (Mary and Renee) are always affable, quick, and helpful. Maintenance comes quick. The area is very safe. I highly recommend.
Vivian A. on May 14, 2024Any problem that I have in regard to the maintenance always is taken care of promptly. All the office staff and maintenance are very respectful and kind. I have lived in these apartments 10 years and that is one thing I can say that they are quick to assist with any problems I have had. If it will be something that has to get ordered or take longer, they let explain what has to be done. These are the only apartments that I have lived in that problems have been fixed quickly. Anonymous on Aug 29, 2023We love this place, except for the many spiders that find their way inside and offleashed dogs that have charged at us twice now. Location is great, on the outskirts of a busy city, but close enough with a short commute anywhere in town. Rent isn't bad for a 3BR house, however I expect prices to go up once tesla finishes building close by.

Fabulous community, the neighbors are great and it is a peaceful environment. We feel very safe living here. The yards are well kept and landscaped. Property reviewsAnonymous on Feb 3, 2024Honestly if we had seen this amount of 1 star rating reviews before we moved in we wouldn't have made Beacon Meridian our first choice. As a person who works with people everyday. My biggest priority is customer service and this place doesn't have the best I don't know if Gloria is related to the owners or what because I don't understand how one can have so many low ratings and nothing good said about her and she's still working here after so many months. She is so RUDE it shocks me every time, she came screaming from across the street "can I help you x 2" how is that even professional? like if you don't like People Gloria how about you don't work a job that requires you to interact with people everyday? This isn't the first incident where she's is blatantly rude the last time she snatched the phone from Ashley while I was on the phone with her only to scream in my ear. Again does that sound like a place you want to spend your hard earned money on? The house itself isn't too bad aside from the door handles that require being screwed back into place every 2 months. The screen-door that is jammed in one place, the doorbell camera that you pay monthly for but doesn't connect to your Wifi. If you re a person who enjoys peace of mind this is not the rental community for you do look elsewhere. (And these empty units sitting around gathering dust tells me people are seeing these 1 star reviews)
