I have been living in the complex for over 5 years and have been pleased from the start. Ty the Leasing agent is very thorough, professional, and attentive to all my needs as a resident, Jessica the complex manger is A+++ she walks the property and stays in communication with her maintenance team to make sure jobs are done in a timely fashion. This property is very pricate and almost like living in your own pricate community.

I have lived here a little over a year and the staff are great when ever something needs to be fixed or replaced they come in a very timely manner and are very nice, as well as front staff personal. The location is great everything is 8-10 min away with close access to I-10. The surrounding living areas are kept clean and so are the laundry facilities. The pools are a good size and not to packed. It is my first time living in an apartment setting and so far I have had a great experience here at Cantera Apartments.

So lucky to have found this sweet spot! Staff, maintenance, neighbors and location are great! Super value!

Great place to live!!! My son and I have lived here for over 7 years and love it! Our apartment is very spacious for the price and the fixtures are nice. The people in the office are very nice and will help you with all your needs. They have great maintenance men that come to fix any problems you let them know about the very next day if not sooner if it is an emergency. Great neighborhood and we are next to the library and recreation center across the street!! That is a bonus!!

I have been at Wellington Grande for about 1 year. Their whole staff is truly amazing, and you will not find a better maintenance team. They responds promptly and resolves any and every issue quickly. The grounds are beautiful and the apartments them selves are extremely cozy and inviting. A very homey feel, and you will not find another apartment complex in town that offer attached garages. The amenities are state of the art. It’s almost like they are running a resort instead of an apartment complex. If you are in need of a new home I highly recommend checking them out!

I love coming home, the way the entry looks with flag and flowers. My parking place is very close to my apartment; my neighbors are friendly. Consequently I feel safe. I haven’t had to use maintenance often, but they’re very visible and helpful. I have never regretted selling my house and moving to this neighborhood.

Copper Hill has the best office staff and the property is always clean and presentable. Not noisy and the neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves.

We have enjoyed almost seven years of our lovely apartment living here at Mason. It is quiet and peaceful, with lots of beautiful landscaping. Our 1 BR apartment is just what we need. Since we have been here we have received all new kitchen appliances, flooring, window blinds, and always quick maintenance help when needed. We love the great staff that is always ready to hear us. We have lived in this same apartment for five years and love it. Mason has made continual upgrades, including all new kitchen appliances, new flooring and window blinds. Been living here a couple months and haven’t had any issues . Its a nice quiet area but very lively at the same time. Would definitely recommend!

Any problem that I have in regard to the maintenance always is taken care of promptly. All the office staff and maintenance are very respectful and kind. I have lived in these apartments 10 years and that is one thing I can say that they are quick to assist with any problems I have had. If it will be something that has to get ordered or take longer, they let explain what has to be done. These are the only apartments that I have lived in that problems have been fixed quickly. As a new tenant, this is the most favorable and pleasing apartment I have found after living in 4 previous complexes that offered my priorities. I love the traditional character of the early 70’s architecture as well as its unique design that makes each apartment feel very private and quiet. The large deep windowsills and views of the giant trees create a heartfelt lifestyle, and the relaxed atmosphere is unusually calming amid the surrounding noise and commotion of the city. Renee, the manager, is an exceptional person – her cheerful character and genuine love of people and her job greatly amplify the positive spirit of the property. She and her assistant, Andres, are always open, sincere, and eager to help with any problem, big or small. They both were the deciding factor in my choice to move from the hill country to this uniquely quaint community. The healthy living environment along with a lovely upgraded kitchen and energy efficient design has made life a lot more efficient and enjoyable.

Brittany, Day, Ricky, Josh, and Emanual are all amazing. They make living here amazing and treat me like family. Truly a wonderful place to live.

I’ve lived at The Brownstones for 2 years. I’ve never been dissapointed. Front office and maintenance are outstanding. Residents are polite, friendly, and respectful. It’s a place i feel safe, my guest and family feel safe as well. Hats off to The Brownstones, thank you for making this a pleasant experience.

Love my place. My children and I recently moved from Chicago to the Brownstones. We love our new home. My children ask to visit by the pool daily! Its very relaxing
