All animals must be properly vaccinated through a licensed veterinarian and be licensed by the City if applicable. Maximum Number of Pets: 2 Monthly Pet Rent: $10 per pet One-Time Nonrefundable Fee: $150 for pets over 1 year old, $250 for pets under 1 year old Weight Restriction: Our property staff can provide this information Refundable Pet Deposit: Great news! If you qualify for our deposit waiver program, you won't need to pay a pet deposit. It's a fantastic way to simplify your move-in. If you decide not to opt-in or if the program isn't applicable, we'll just go over the standard pet deposit amounts. If your pet is over 1 year old the amount will be $150 or $250 if your pet is under the age of 1 year.
