The maintenance is very knowledgeable at their job and timely at making repairs. I've lived on both coasts and the Midwest. The value for their Apts is reasonable compared to other places I've lived. Especially being able to have a garage.

Ty the Leasing agent is very thorough, professional, and attentive to all my needs as a resident, Jessica the complex manger is A+++ she walks the property and stays in communication with her maintenance team to make sure jobs are done in a timely fashion. This property is very pricate and almost like living in your own pricate community.

Anonymous on Aug 16, 2024I have been at Wellington Grande for about 1 year. Their whole staff is truly amazing, and you will not find a better maintenance team. They responds promptly and resolves any and every issue quickly. The grounds are beautiful and the apartments them selves are extremely cozy and inviting. A very homey feel, and you will not find another apartment complex in town that offer attached garages. The amenities are state of the art. It’s almost like they are running a resort instead of an apartment complex. If you are in need of a new home I highly recommend checking them out!
