Anonymous on Aug 16, 2024I have been at Wellington Grande for about 1 year. Their whole staff is truly amazing, and you will not find a better maintenance team. They responds promptly and resolves any and every issue quickly. The grounds are beautiful and the apartments them selves are extremely cozy and inviting. A very homey feel, and you will not find another apartment complex in town that offer attached garages. The amenities are state of the art. It’s almost like they are running a resort instead of an apartment complex. If you are in need of a new home I highly recommend checking them out!

The apartments are in great shape and isolated enough that you get no neighbor noise. Parking is always available and much of it is covered. There is a great pool, a solid gym, and a good quiet but lively community. The staff (Mary and Renee) are always affable, quick, and helpful. Maintenance comes quick. The area is very safe. I highly recommend.

I have lived in these apartments 10 years and that is one thing I can say that they are quick to assist with any problems I have had. If it will be something that has to get ordered or take longer, they let explain what has to be done. These are the only apartments that I have lived in that problems have been fixed quickly.
