Quiet but very busy location

I am completing my 5th year here at Verandah. It has been a good place to live, nice and quiet and as long as you have a garage the parking is great. The location of the complex is off 620. Getting into and out of the complex could be dangerous especially during rush hour traffic. I live in the back of the complex, the number of old fashion speed bumps I travel over is 12. I have sent 3 maintenance requests to have my refrigerator fixed and am still waiting while food spoils

End of lease

There was an incident at the apartment comlex that scared my wife and have not been staying there since. We have to pay the termination fee to get out of our contract to leave officially.

Stair wells

The Stairwells between floors in m y building are never cleaned. The gardener with the leaf blower does not blow debis off od the stairwells or the hallways behind the garages. another item, when a tnenat moves out, and maintenance seems to enter the vacated apt, the blinds are pulled up in a disorderly fashion, looks like an apartment complex that is in a slum! This seems to be an unofficial but "official" policy because i have seen it happen many times over the years since i am here. If I had seen a window "display" like that I would never have moved here. I am thinking of moving because i have seen services deteriorate, including hallways, stairwelss not being cleaned.
