Legends at the Green

We haven't got no GYM and No Swimming pool for several months. we have the inconvenience to go out of our complex apartments so we can use this amenities.

15 years and still happy

I have been here over 15 years. Great location. Wonderful layout of the complex nestled here in the middle of the Sonterra Golf Course. So peaceful at night that the deer commonly come into the complex for dinner and early breakfast. Nice layouts of the apartments. Very friendly and responsive staff.

Beautiful property, but..

The property and amenities are great! The noise level not so much and maintenance so far has been very disappointing. I've been asking for almost a week for my storage door to be fixed since it was not put on properly and literally fell apart on our move-in date and no one has come yet. All the stuff that is on the balcony is notw wet and probably damaged now. That is very upsetting!

Moving

We two have live here through 4-5 managers in 8 years , good, bad and indifferent and staff changes in perpetuity. Property grounds are well kept and maintenance has always been prompt if not always done well. We have a 3 bd 2 bath with office and 2 car garage. One garage door has never worked. We do not need it so it has never been repaired. When last they fixed the one working door they took the opener for other door. Leak in master bath ceiling supposedly repaired last year however it seems water continues to slow leak down garage wall now visibly flaking but labeled fixed. In 8 yrs no touch up paint, no addressing mold in hall bath vent other than told to clean it with bleach and windows outside never cleaned, carpet cleaned with lease renewal. We cleaned no shoes carpet in between and had windows cleaned once ...we actually live in this apt. Every yr the rent goes up 50.00 and new manager seems to be too busy to actually acknowledge tenants. With “amenity” of 25$ trash pickup fee, pet fees, water/sewer without control , pest control 3$ but on demand and 3$ to bill me, rent has reached 1625 approx. Loved this apt, view of golf course but get zip for rent raises and no upgrades, the Merry Go Round in office and interest at 2.3% we bought a townhouse. Understand what renting means in long run, rent raises, pet deposits etc, do your homework....choose carefully.

Unsatisfactory

The property management staff at Legends on the Green seems to constantly, and consistently change. When communicating property concerns & issues, there seems to be a new staff member that I have to speak to each time. This causes me to repeat, and start over from the beginning again, when there was already established dialogue with a previous staff member. When reporting any issues, or raising concerns, there is never a follow-up after I'm promised a call back. This is frustrating and causes me to lose faith in a property that I pay a significant monthly rent to. The amount paid to live at this property should yield the service and integrity in return.
