Great location staff mostly responsive

The location is great for all your needs. Near groceries, shopping, restaurants, etc. I feel like the amenities can use a revamp. The main gym has very old and rickety equipment. All the free weights are very old and most have been stolen. The hot tub does not work. Also some of the neighbors are not the best. We have had several incidents with noise nuisances involving very loud music and sometimes pets left out on balconies and barking, which the office staff did address immediately. Also people do not pick up after their pets even though there are pet stations EVERYWHERE. Lots of inconsiderate neighbors.

The amenities are nice, but have been unreliable in my experience. The appliances are dated, but work okay. The location, trees, and proximity to things are what keep me here.
