I have lived at this property for more than 4 years. The office staff, excluding management, and maintenance have been amazing. Very respectful, courteous and responsive. The manager and I believe the assistant manager, who I have had limited communication with until recently, are anything but those things. I was planning a move to a place closer to downtown, and I noticed my actual unit being advertised at $150 less than what I am paying and have paid for the last 4 years. I asked them if they could match that lower rate and they said they needed to call the regional manager. The manager then called back and said they could not. That makes zero financial sense, since they wouldn’t have to deal with a vacant unit until it leased. I contacted the regional manager and they told the manger they wouldn’t lower it by $100. I backed out of my planned move and agreed to stay. Ever since, the manager and assistant manger have been ruder than any property managers I have ever dealt with in my more than 20 year renting life. My bath tub was leaking into downstairs and I had to vacate to a hotel with my cat for 3 days. She rudely told me I could just “stay with a friend” if I was worried about the cost. Then, in the middle of the night, all 4 of my tires were stolen from my car. I went to ask if they had cameras. She came out to talk to me about it, and she literally had a smile on her face. They have issued no community warnings about it since it happened. It happened to two cars in the property that night. I really wished I would have gone forward with the plan to relocate. Now I am stuck here until my lease ends.

I have lived here for 8.5 years this time; I lived elsewhere for a bit over a year and moved back as soon as my lease was up. So many reasons to live here; proximity to so many Austin pluses, many varied floorplans and set ups to suit people's needs and family sizes. The whole complex has been re-roofed, painted, and updating is a continued process. My most recent happy moment was thru the updating of our community app, I was contacted by a delivery and I could immediately buzz them in. I live in The Rueilia floorplan, and it is like living in a well-situated house, LOVE it! The parking could be better, when they repainted the parking lot the spaces are either way too small or way too large, no uniformity. Staff are very nice as are the maintenance staff. I would recommend living here absolutely!

I've lived here for about a month now, and have no complaints. The apartments are clean and when there are issues, maintenance comes right away. The amenities are great with easy access to the gym and pool. Location feels safe and very clean.
