Randy and I have lived here for going on over 3 years. There have been a lot of changes, some good and some not so good. Parking has always been a problem here. Am not happy that or pool in phase 1 is still not finished. The gym re-do has turned out great. Randy goes these a lot. Seems the activities the office has are during their working hours not the working hours of the residents. Overall, we still enjoy living here, have great neighbors and do not plan on going anywhere soon.

Awesome Staff and Maintenance Team -- Parking Primary Issue

I have lived here for about 3 years, and the overall price and quality are amazing. Large portion of my opinion is due me being grandfathered into my apartment's rental rate. _Growth Opportunities_ My primary frustrations and issues with the complex are parking and amenities. Towing here is not needed (in my opinion). The Canyon's (as a resident) appears to be an apartment complex for working or retired adults and does not appear to host many college students. Towing for a gated community without call requests is ridiculous. I believe the visitor's parking spots should stay, but I do not believe towing for uncovered visitor parking is needed. My secondary frustration is that the amenities have been under construction or getting repaired during most of my three years living here. I can see the long-term picture of repairing/upgrading all the amenities for a long-term return value; the issue is that the long-term return value will not benefit me since I intend to purchase a home within the next year. _Success Stories_ When I signed my first lease in 2020, this place was very affordable and was competitive in the market without being the highest location in the market. The staff is very friendly and nice, so that makes living here a lot better. The staff is extremely helpful, but with my matters sometimes it typically takes two visits/discussion prior to resolution. The maintenance team is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! They are quick, efficient, and helpful. We had an issue with our A/C, and it took about 2 months to get it repaired properly and a new unit was purchased. However, the maintenance team always showed up to do temporary fixes and we trusted the process. The community has the nicest people I have ever experienced living within an apartment complex! There is a sizable number of elderlies here and it's like having a second grandmother or grandfather. However, you can still throw gatherings without any complaints! I enjoy living here!

Great Place to Live

I'ce lived here for 2 months now and can't complain. Upon move in, I had only one issue with my home but I submitted a maintenance request and it was resolved so quickly. I love using the gym and pool every week because they're never crowded! This complex hosts community lunches every month which I always look forward to attending. I believe you get great value for the price you pay to live here. I feel very safe in my home here. I would recommend living here.

Not at all what I was promised

I have lived here for almost 2 years and it has declined in maintenance, service and amenities since the ownership changed. With no improvement or end to the decline in sight.
