    Great place to live

    4.5/5 Tracy S. on Jul 19, 2023

I enjoy living here and I Love how they keep up this property . The location is very convenient for me . Maintenance staff is very kind . Corporate does need to give office staff some classes in customer service so that they will be more professional when dealing with there customers. That includes management and leasing agents .

Plus, AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field are both located in Arlington, making it home to the Dallas Cowboys football team and the Texas Rangers baseball team. The Six Flags Over Texas theme park is also located in Arlington, and the city is also home to the University of Texas at Arlington, so many students and professors rent in the area. Renting in Arlington, TX

Arlington offers renters a suburban experience with close proximity to two major cities - Fort Worth and Dallas. Because neighborhoods here are mostly suburban, you'll find a mix of low-rise apartment complexes, townhomes and single-family homes for rent. Despite being a major entertainment district in the region, Arlington is not densely populated, and renters have plenty of space here. Here, most Arlington apartment complexes have modern architecture features, and most single-family rentals are ranch or craftsman-style homes. And, because the University of Texas at Arlington is located here, there are also many student-friendly rentals located in the area. Notably, rental prices in Arlington are on par with national averages, but offer a more affordable alternative to living in nearby Dallas.

    Transportation in Arlington, TX

Arlington's neighborhoods are quite spread out, and the weather is very hot for most of the year.
