Since moving here I have had nothing but the best customer service. The staff is amazing and takes care of their residents! The community is safe and quiet. A great place to call home!

    5/5 Tyler M. on Aug 22, 2018

I have lived here for 4 years. The staff has changed over the years but have always been polite and professional. I am sad that i am being pushed out today. My wife and a 7 year old son have moved back to Arlington (due to a career change) and are currently living in my 1 bedroom apt. Due to the cramped space my Son is forced to sleep on the couch. Sadly enough he is now having some back issues and we need to act urgently to find more space. We make 4x's the amount of this 2bed 2bath $1100 unit. Unfortunately we were declined today because of 4 late payments in the past that were taken care including all late payments in the allotted time I was given. I never gave any hassle nor fuss. My apartment was always clean and I was never loud. I love this place why would i do that. This complex is amazing and didn't plan on leaving for a long time. Its safe for kids, parking is great and there is never any noise. As of today i have 2 month til my lease is up and am being forced to put in my notice because of this and it breaks my heart. I hope someone in staff reads this and is able to help me out soon. If not... Thanks and I hope you have a blessed year. - Sincerely your current resident

My family and I have lived at The Pavilion for over 15 years and have no complaints. Maintenance requests are tending to in a timely manner, the noise level is basically zero and the staff is always super friendly and helpful.

    5/5 Terrence T. on Sep 13, 2018

This is truly a place that has far to much to give for the cheap price that they rent. The grounds team does a great job at keeping everything clean. It sad to say but it's usually the neighbors that tend to give them a hard time, trash tend to get put out on days that aren't trash days, and with that, litter piles up. The management team does the jobs that they are suppose to do, they make sure that they're 100% transparent with everyone and keep us updated no matter if it's good or bad. The pools are always clean and the gym is always lonely, so they're always ready for use. The maintenance team responds to emergencies first, so when you put in a ticket, please keep in mind that you are behind the more emergent issues. Parking and noise are pretty chilled, no matter the time or q
