I've called this place home for 15+ years

My family and I have lived at The Pavilion for over 15 years and have no complaints. Maintenance requests are tending to in a timely manner, the noise level is basically zero and the staff is always super friendly and helpful.

It's ok

I hate seeing Trash everywhere. Cats digging in thr trash. Loud neighbors at 2am. You can smell the weed and it fills my apartment. Appliances are too old for amount of money we pay.
