Needs consideration and improvement upgrades internally for all residents. Owner needs to be mindful and comply with resident needs for availability to community bathrooms and amenities during all hours. Keyboard need upgrading for entry to gates. Appliances need upgrading. Property hallways need cleaning and painting. Grass needs to be planted in all areas

Owner/management not transparent nor concerned about all residents. Too selective in giving apartment upgrades. Amenities offered are too restrictive for resident use.

Needs individual apartment updates. Security person. Available wi-fi in common areas. Monthly events in evening and/or weekends. Quarterly community meetings with management. An available suggestion box.

I'm a longterm resident who has served this community in a selfless manner. It's a great property that requires more transparency and care. Age has not treated it well due to so many management changes. Consistency is needed as well as upgrade of appliances and grounds care. All progress in these areas are welcome. Restore it to its potential beauty and social amenities so that it will be a place that we are proud to call home.
