Mostly Satisfied

I have lived here since 2010. The quality and upkeep has declined pretty significantly over the last 3 years. I understand that Covid had a lot to do with that since it's like pulling teeth to keep good help. I appreciate Shannon's efforts to make things better when she first got here. However, maintenance has declined since then. Please consider having the grounds cleaned better, furniture removed from behind the building, trash emptied more frequently and poop bags replaced regularly. Hopefully when people decide they need to work again you will be able to hire some good workers. I am in the Residential side of property management so I understand the challenges for both management & Tenants. I will do what I can to help in this respect. Good Tenants like myself are worth keeping. I plan on staying here as long as the rent remains reasonable. Thanks!

South Villas Review

My living experience has not be the best when compared to prior complexes. I really want to like to location and the area, however parking has been terrible since the day we moved in. If you come home after 8 PM, you can expect to look for parking far from your apartment complex because there are so many cars and it feels as though there are not enough parking spots for the tenants. In addition to the poor parking situation, my family and I have been surrounded by extremely loud and inconsiderate neighbors who constantly disrupt and disturb our peace. No matter if I speak with them individually or if I try to have the office address the neighbors formally, we are still bombarded with excessive noise. It makes me feel as though my concerns are not important and that they cannot handle a common situation in order to make sure their tenants are comfortable in a living space with consistent increase in pricing for rent. I do not want to continue to pay more for a space where my peace is constantly disrupted and management seems to not care. I have attempted to remain professional and friendly in order to allow management to handle the situation, but I do not feel like they are doing their part and my family (son and husband) are constantly awaken from their sleep due to loud screaming, hard walking neighbors or those who think 11PM is the ideal time to do aerobic cardio or have loud friends over. Theses problems are issues that make it hard to say this is a nice community to live in. I have to turn my TV up or just leave the complex in order to get peace and hear my own thoughts. And then when I return, I have to spend five minutes to find parking. Maintenance is fast. The staff at the front office seem nice and professional. The living space itself is okay, definitely needs some remodeling and updated appliances. In all, I would not recommend this place and am looking forward to our move out date.

A quiet Community

Since I moved in last summer, It has been pretty quiet and the property remains well kept. I’ve had minor maintenance issues with plumbing that were taken cared of right away for the most part. No issues with neighbors and staff is friendly and prompt when responding to request. The value for what I pay for a two bedroom two bath is far more reasonable compared to other properties I looked at before settling on these apartments.
