A select few also come with elegant extras, including vaulted ceilings and decorator fireplaces. Rental Criteria  Income: The gross monthly income of all applicants must equal at least (2.5)x monthly rent Credit:  Depending on other criteria; no property debt, no evictions (both less than 3yrs or reported within the last 3yrs).
