Maintenance never done in 18 months. Nothing ever gets fixed
Getting things fixed takes an act of God. Maintenance issues take forever.
Nice location
I have lived here 15 years. The location is perfect and there is a lot of parking.
Indian Creek Review
The maintenance group is responsive and competent. The apartment gym is tiny and does not measure up to an average apt. gym. The grounds were once kept very clean, but that no longer seems to be a priority. A concierge trash service was implemented. However, i’d rather take my trash out myself rather than pay the monthly fee being charged for the service. The location is handy to shopping. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have many nice, friendly neighbors. These apartments are quite old and the appliances in my unit are ancient, though they all work. My unit is showing cracks in the walls from subsidence. There is plenty of parking. So it’s something of a mixed bag. I’ve lived here for several years and have no plans to move. But I’m not a picky person.
