    Staff tries to accommodate

    4.5/5 Ann B. on Jun 2, 2022

I have lived in my apartment at Cypress for 10 years. I love the layout of my 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment. The complex works hard at keeping the grounds attractive. The office staff is wonderful and always helpful. Maintenance is always performed in a timely manner and they are very knowledgeable. Is everything perfect, or course not, but as far as I'm concerned it's a great complex!!!

As senior citizens we have enjoyed living in our apartment at Mason Apartment Homes for five years. It has become our home sweet home and everything we need. We love the staff and maintenance people who take care of any needs in a timely manner. Our apartment neighbors are good people. My husband and I recommend Mason Apartment Homes with five stars.

After five years living in our comfortable apartment, I think we qualify to rate it as excellent. We love the quiet and beautiful trees and landscape. Maintenance has taken care of all our needs. We appreciate all the new appliances recently placed in our kitchen, with other updates also. Yes, we do recommend Mason Apartments.
