Maintainance turn down time is more than 5 days
Maintenance turn down time is more than 5 days , unless you follow-up multiple times . Over all I like it , except maintenance and jumping to take care about noisy upstairs neighbors , even after raising multiple complaints , no action taken YET
It's okay.
Been here for almost 2 years, had management complain about my previous vehicle on a few occasions. My unit has had a water leak around the bedroom windows twice now, and my upstairs neighbor and neighbor to the right are obnoxious. One time I had my dryer replaced, but they didn't bother to put it all the way in my laundry room or hook it up at all... kinda shitty when you're paying $1k+ a month but whatever I guess Had to have my kitchen faucet replaced because water was leaking out from under it and rusting the sink. The guy who replaced it was super cool, wish I grabbed his name.
Maintenance should be improved
Amenities maintenance can be lot improved.- The coffee machine is always out of something- the staff can easily maintain it daily- but no they don't take interest. Maintenance requests are so delayed with no proper communication- we put in order that the shower is not working- seven days passed with no resolution. The gym has no restroom- what should the resident do if he has to use the restroom when the office building is not open? Gym has no sanitizers or wipes to clean the equipment. Pet nuisance- Residents never pick after their pets and it is not enforced by staff. Corridors are messy and not cleaned weekly.
