Quiet, easy access to freeway good location to stores and shopping

Trash has become an issue now. Constantly everywhere from valet trash company not picking up bags and animals tearing them apart. This might be attributed to the dumpsters always being overflowed. Hence one of the office personnel issues. It's like going to a car dealership and dentist all rolled into one. They're very aggressive / argumentative and always LYING, LYING, LYING!! For example, they want a sixty day heads up but never gave me a renewal notice. Went into the office and this is what they told me "oh, our notices are running behind". If you can deal with that and the cops arresting someone there once a month. Knock yourself out!!!!!

I’m writing to share a concern regarding the customer service experience at the leasing office. On several recent visits, I’ve noticed that the women attending the front desk have been noticeably curt and unwelcoming in their responses. The tone and attitude come across as rude, which makes interactions unnecessarily uncomfortable. I understand that everyone has busy days, but as a resident, I believe respectful and professional communication should always be a priority. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
