The noise level
The walking hard from upstairs make it seem like the floor is caving in. Maintenance comes but its only 2 so they try to come as fast as they can.

Great Place to Live
I have lived here for 5 years in 2 different apartments. The rent is very reasonable here compared to other complexes in the area. The staff is very friendly for the most part and very helpful. Parking is decent here. The maintenance man KNOWS what he's doing and is friend's with my dog. If you are looking or a decent apartment for a decent price, then definitely check out Keller Oaks.
