Excellent community - best in the area

We love living here! We’re on Apartment #2 (we easily transferred our lease) and cannot say enough good things about our experience living here. It really does matter where you live, as a mediocre management team that doesn’t care and amenities always unavailable, really does affect your happiness! Amenities are awesome, it’s so quiet and peaceful, and you feel like a part of a wonderful community! We plan to live here for a long time if we’re able! Alex and Cindy are wonderful!

This community is well maintained by the manager and maintenance. They keep it clean and are always available to talk to. They are friendly and caring. Any issues are taken care of right away.

Oak haven

Great community with beautiful, mature Oak trees all around. You just dont see that anymore and that’s what I love. Also, grounds are well kept all year round, people seem to care for their home and you dont see trash left outside. Everyone I met has been kind and talk wonders about maintenance. Parking is a breeze although I wish they had carports or garages.
