These apartments are amazing! I have been with them for a year and have had nothing but a great experience. The floor plans are great, they are reasonably priced, are in a very nice and peaceful neighborhood, and have amazing staff who are always friendly and knowledgeable about everything. It is very peaceful and quiet in our apartments, and if ever we have any issues in the apartment (which have been minor and very few), they are quick to respond and fix the issues. They are very clearly well maintained and clean. I know bugs tend to be a problem many people talk about in apartment complexes but not in this one. We have never experienced any bug problems whatsoever, and in all the time we've been here we have not seen a single roach. I am extremely pleased to have chosen these apartments. They are truly five stars in my book. Again, amazing staff no matter what questions one might have. This a good choice to look into if you're searching for a apartment.

Chill area, chill staff that are always there to handle request.

The apartments are in a good location, quiet, and reasonably priced. My complaints are there are not enough amenities like a gym for example. Also for an apartment in the North Texas area where it's prone to hail there is no covered parking. I have seen apartments in the area that look way worse and they have covered parking. That makes absolutely no sense to me.

We love living here! We’re on Apartment #2 (we easily transferred our lease) and cannot say enough good things about our experience living here. It really does matter where you live, as a mediocre management team that doesn’t care and amenities always unavailable, really does affect your happiness! Amenities are awesome, it’s so quiet and peaceful, and you feel like a part of a wonderful community! We plan to live here for a long time if we’re able! Alex and Cindy are wonderful!

This community is well maintained by the manager and maintenance. They keep it clean and are always available to talk to. They are friendly and caring. Any issues are taken care of right away.
