Decent home, but overpriced
The house itself is a good size...but there were a lot of shortcuts taken from the builders. Rent, however, is entirely too high for the amount of house we're getting, especially when the same layout rents for at least $200 less per month in other areas. Provided lawn maintenance is nice, but they only do the bare minimum (e.g. the bushes in front of my home are now overgrown as they have never been trimmed).

Good place to live
This community is a nice olace to live. My only issue is that our driveway is very steep. I always have to set my emergency brake. Just wish our driveway was more leveled out.
