This is a great place to live! Staff is always very helpful and so is maintenance. I would highly recommend living here.

    5/5 Natalie D. on Aug 22, 2016

I only have good things to say about this apartment community. The staff is exceptional - very professional and pleasant, they go over and above to make life easier for residents. There are few repairs to ask for because repairs are done quickly and in depth, so things really get fixed, not in a band-aid way like some of the neighbouring complexes. Kudos to Brian for managing this community so brilliantly and to his staff.

    5/5 Happy r. on Oct 7, 2022

I live here with my minor son and I have lived here for some time. I have had the best experience living here than at any other apartment community that I have called home. The staff are very accommodating and the maintenance staff are exceptional. I gave Villas at Stone Oak Ranch a five star rating because they deserve it! I am happy and blessed to call this community my home.

    5/5 Joshua B. on Sep 1, 2022

It's been awesome! Renewing for our 4th year! Only wish we had a slightly larger kitchen, but outside of that everything is great, staff and General Manager are always very helpful and kind. Right off Parmer across from Apple Inc. Can't ask for a better location.

Great staff, quick turn-around for any maintenance issues!

    3.5/5 STEVE C. on Apr 22, 2020

I lived here for 12 years. The staff us great and always helpful. I just happen to have to move during the time when the country is in crisis with the covid-19. Since I have no one hat can help during this time I am hoping for a little grace time to complete the move without penalty fees. It is hard enough right now to move by yourself. I have done s\the stay at home for safety. Moving as quickly as I can.

Renter's guide to Austin, TX

Known for its legendary music concerts and vibrant cultural landscape, Austin is one of the largest and fastest-growing cities in the U.S. With settlements dating back as far as 9200 BC, most Austin developments have sprung around the 1830s. But it wasn’t until the mid-20th century that Austin become a prominent metropolitan center – and rose to fame as a permanent fixture on the national music scene.

Spread over 280 square miles, Austin is set within reach of other prominent Texas urban centers – and fellow metropolises ranking among the top 10 largest U.S. cities – like Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas, all located within a distance about 200 miles. When it comes to living options, Austin can easily accommodate both those looking for walkable estates and high-rise living, all of them neighbored by an array of modern bars and restaurants.

The city climate falls under the humid subtropical climate, which is characterized by hot summers, mild winter days, and cold winter nights.
