Area and location is great. The gym needs weights, water, and cleaning supplies. The pool is annoying closed to often and we pay for these amenities. ALSO THE BATHROOM in pool area is never cleaned, never any toilet paper or paper towels. I clean and bring my own every time I go and it's gross they really need to fix this. The pool patio sets never have their umbrellas up, even in this texas heat. Grill need to be clean more often. Never any emails on updates for location of any type.

I love living here. The staff is super friendly and always very helpful. Maintenance is amazing and quick! The first weekend I moved in my AC unit broke and maintenance fixed it that day!! Another time we had a leak from the sink and the whole sink needed to be replaced, they did it in 24 hours. The quality of the place is 3 out 5, but the quality of the staff and maintenance well make up for it! I would defiantly recommend living here.

I've lived here for almost 3 years. It is in a superb location, close to all major highways. My two apartments I've lived in were fresh with new paint and flooring. The management gals - Susan and Crystal are the best. They are dedicated to making this property community friendly and well taken care of. Max and Michael do a fantastic job at maintenance. It's tough to choose which is better - the management or the maintenance! Anytime I've had a problem, it's been taken care of quickly, often within 2 hours. You can't get that service owning a home!! Susan is very engaging, always ready to chat when you go in to get a package delivered. That's a plus also - your packages won't get taken by porch pirates when they're delivered to the office. Susan has strivved to make this a fun community with Christmas wrapping events, Halloween decoration contests and pet costume contests. Both the office gals are committed to assisting residents in any and all issues. Bottom line, I wouldn't live anyplace else!

I have lived here since August. Any issues needed maintenance are fixed immediately. The staff will let the residents know of any property issues very quickly (i.e city is coming to check out sewers). The location is great to walk to restaurants / coffee shops. They are currently updating the pool which is very exciting, it wasn't even bad before. I am excited to see the final product! Great place to live at reasonable pricing for atx

I've had a Great Experience living here.........The transition change in Management was smooth. I still get GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It's about to be a year for me and it's been Pleasant. The community is Awesome and everyone seems to friendly and yet mind their own business! Nice and quiet, a relaxed living environment. I LOVE my place, I thank GOD every time I walk in! I've recommended it to so many people, their budget didn't meet the criteria. I didn't know where I was going o live staying in a place for 33 years until they tore them down to rebuild. Lived in a hotel for the year of 2021.......VERY EXPENSIVE! I Prayed for a place and ended up at The Amethyst!! I went through chemo and radiation for breast cancer, not able to work I've gotten behind on my rent and they continue to work with me until I'm able to catch up.....That is so appreciated because I don't know what I would. Thank you Amethyst Management for Support and being a Wonderful place to live!!!!
