Cozy Peaceful Stonelake

We have lived here for 7 months and enjoyed a peaceful life. The maintenance crews respond faster than I have ever experienced in 13 years living in an apartment. The walks to the mailbox, urban forest and sounds are enjoyable each day, all still within minutes of shopping areas nearby. From the beginning, the staff have been nothing but friendly to us. The gyms and equipment are such that I don't need to pay for memberships outside of here, and personally, the topography makes a plain evening jog become an intense workout. Moving here was a great choice, and the affordability makes it all even better for us.

Great proximity. Noisy neighbors above

Overall good experience. Covered parking for tenants is nice, but guest parking could be better. Upstairs tenants are extremely loud walkers and their dog cries all night. We have complained, but no resolve. Close proximity to all things austin. When the gate is shut, there is good security for your car, but there have been times the gate is broken for a few days and we had some car break ins

This is a really nice location in northwest Austin, located within the coveted "golden triangle" formed by the convergence of Capital of Texas Highway, Mopac, and Hwy 183 (Research Blvd.) Quick access to many popular areas of Austin, including The Domain, the Arboretum, downtown, and Zilker Park. Complex is secure and quiet and filled with trees.
