No Complaints

I rented one of the unrenovated units because it was cheaper. While the appliances in the unit were outdated, most of them worked fine. If something did stop working, maintenance usually had it fixed in a day or two. I had no issues with noise, but parking could be a pain some times. However, you could always rent one of the available garages if it bothers you that much.

Highly recommend!

I've been living at The Olivine for just about 2 years now. The management and maintenance staff are amazing. Get things done and always help if there are any issues. Love the community activities they put out every so often. The complex is clean, the community noise level is low. I love living here!

Pet Policy

Our community welcomes a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home with a maximum weight limit of 100 lbs. Residents must provide a copy of the pet’s veterinarian records, including weight, and a picture of the pet at time of move-in. A non-refundable pet fee ($400/pet) will be required, in addition to the monthly pet rent ($20/pet). Pet fees are on a per pet basis. The following aggressive dog breeds are restricted: Pitbulls, Pitbulls Mix, Rottweilers, American Bull Dogs, Dobermans, Akitas, German Shepherds, Any Bull Terrier Mix, Great Danes, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, and any mixed breed with one of the aforementioned. Pet policies and guidelines are strictly enforced.
