l just move into the apartment , the neighborhood is ok , i mean everywhere going to have their little issue but it ok. i wasnt happy with some issue in the apartment but i have to fix it cause me and my kids been waiting for this apartment for a while cause we nice to texas but we going to just enjoy it til something better come our way

The staff do not care about those tenants who have been living over here for years. They always take interest in those who are wanting to move in which is all about money. I've been living over here for 17 years, and asked for a new toilet during the renovations, but I was told that I could get only one. After 17 years, wouldn't you think that new toilets would be needed? I'm not one of those whom rent is late. I guess that doesn't account for anything though. Not only that, but my apartment didn't start getting any renovating done until June, but my new rent began in April which doesn't make any sense. That sounds illegal to me. I have brown and white walls. I'm suppose to be happy, right? Well, wrong! When any paperwork is needed from the tenants, they want you to jump to it, but you can't get any of your requests answered. Getting a dose of your own medicine doesn't feel so good, right? Now you should know how your tenants feel especially when they are paying rent every month to live comfortably.

I thought these apartments were for low income families, if so why is the rent is so high 1488. section doesn’t pay anything but 1300. That is so sad and saying that no one on section 8 will ever live there!!
