I have lived here a little over a year and the staff are great when ever something needs to be fixed or replaced they come in a very timely manner and are very nice, as well as front staff personal. The location is great everything is 8-10 min away with close access to I-10. The surrounding living areas are kept clean and so are the laundry facilities. The pools are a good size and not to packed. It is my first time living in an apartment setting and so far I have had a great experience here at Cantera Apartments.

So lucky to have found this sweet spot! Staff, maintenance, neighbors and location are great! Super value!

My experience has been nice. I've lived here since August and the community is very quiet and friendly. The location is the best part.

Very reasonable on rent, and any time I request maintenance it’s taken care of within a few days. The only time it took longer, I was informed of why there would be a delay, and even then it was fixed before the time frane given.

My location is safe facing the street . Management and staff are very understanding and polite.

Its been great. It was really clean when we moved in and the property is very well maintained. Our experience with maintenance has been great and professional, moreso than any other apartment i have lived in previously. You can really tell the difference just from walking around that there is a lot of time care and attention well spent. My only criticism is the tenants who do not clean after their pets. I know it will always be an ongoing issue so it doesn't affect my scores at all. Thank you all sincerely.

The units are extremely small but theyre very nice , propetyu is clean.

Office staff is extremely friendly and helpful lots of amenities and close to shopping. At an affordable price what more can you ask for? This is a great place. The only thing that is missing is a play area for kids. But there is a park near by.

I enjoy living at Reserve at City Centre North. It is conveniently located to my church, shopping and medical needs. The staff and maintenance crew are very efficient.

This is an older property w great friendly staff. It's pretty quiet around here and from what I've encountered people watch out for each other here. It's a good distance from medical center and schools. Runs at a good price for good space.

Love living here it's probably the first apartment complex where I am not having to deal with noisy neighbors or constant break-ins. Love my amenities with yard and view, friendly staff and appropriate Rent price. Valet is always on time, never have had a lost package very clean and spacious apartments.

Besides the parking situation at channing mark everything else is pretty sweet. Seriously though guys fix your parking spots.

I love living here at Metro 5514! It is very clean, quiet, spacious,& roach/rat free! Not to mention affordable!!! I love it here if i dont buy a house, i would definitely renew my lease here

So far been good no problems that couldnt be delt with in a timly fashion. Possibly need cameras in parking lot to keep an eye on the cars so they can catch the theves from breaking into the cars.

I love coming home, the way the entry looks with flag and flowers. My parking place is very close to my apartment; my neighbors are friendly. Consequently I feel safe. I haven’t had to use maintenance often, but they’re very visible and helpful. I have never regretted selling my house and moving to this neighborhood.

Lived here1 year and has been quite an experience and have all stores available in the area. The only obstacle, there only is one entrance and exit. Everything else is quite a controlled and is quiet.

I have lived here for a year and have renewed for another. It is isn't the most extravagant place to live, but I believe I am getting good value for my money. I don't have a lot of a noise. My dogs seems happy wandering the grounds on walks. I almost never have issues parking. Amenities are meh... Maintenance could be better.

Great place to live!!! My son and I have lived here for over 7 years and love it! Our apartment is very spacious for the price and the fixtures are nice. The people in the office are very nice and will help you with all your needs. They have great maintenance men that come to fix any problems you let them know about the very next day if not sooner if it is an emergency. Great neighborhood and we are next to the library and recreation center across the street!! That is a bonus!!

The apartment is one of the most beautiful apartments in the area, if not the most beautiful. Unfortunately, the workers are inexperienced. They have low to no maintenance and never keep up with appointments.

High oaks is amazing place to live . The location is not only amazing but convenient! Staff is very helpful and kind . Parking can be easily found , and the amenties are great ! If you are looking for a plcae to make memories and call it a home , high oaks is the right option for you !

Starting my second year at High Oaks and I still enjoy living here. Management does an excellent job of maintaining the property. Great location, clean and quiet.

I love my home here at Cobblestone Manor. The staff has been kind and helpful. I love everything about my apartment including my neighbors. I will and have recommended this place to others. It's a little pricey but worth it.

This is a great property. Good location and very affordable. Gated in parking and parking lot is managed well. Maintenence staff fixes issues immediately and office staff are super friendly and helpful

Love it here well worth the price

I've lived here for almost 3 years. It is in a superb location, close to all major highways. My two apartments I've lived in were fresh with new paint and flooring. The management gals - Susan and Crystal are the best. They are dedicated to making this property community friendly and well taken care of. Max and Michael do a fantastic job at maintenance. It's tough to choose which is better - the management or the maintenance! Anytime I've had a problem, it's been taken care of quickly, often within 2 hours. You can't get that service owning a home!! Susan is very engaging, always ready to chat when you go in to get a package delivered. That's a plus also - your packages won't get taken by porch pirates when they're delivered to the office. Susan has strivved to make this a fun community with Christmas wrapping events, Halloween decoration contests and pet costume contests. Both the office gals are committed to assisting residents in any and all issues. Bottom line, I wouldn't live anyplace else!

I have lived here for 4 years. The staff has changed over the years but have always been polite and professional. I am sad that i am being pushed out today. My wife and a 7 year old son have moved back to Arlington (due to a career change) and are currently living in my 1 bedroom apt. Due to the cramped space my Son is forced to sleep on the couch. Sadly enough he is now having some back issues and we need to act urgently to find more space. We make 4x's the amount of this 2bed 2bath $1100 unit. Unfortunately we were declined today because of 4 late payments in the past that were taken care including all late payments in the allotted time I was given. I never gave any hassle nor fuss. My apartment was always clean and I was never loud. I love this place why would i do that. This complex is amazing and didn't plan on leaving for a long time. Its safe for kids, parking is great and there is never any noise. As of today i have 2 month til my lease is up and am being forced to put in my notice because of this and it breaks my heart. I hope someone in staff reads this and is able to help me out soon. If not... Thanks and I hope you have a blessed year. - Sincerely your current resident

I have been there like a year. But for some reason I'm moving. It was a good experience overall. Specially I have to mention about community manager "Martha Rodriguez". She was really awesome.
