I've lived at Cantera Apartments for 7 years now and it's a wonderful place to live between the very attentive maintenence crew, the friendly staff, the great amenities, and the great rent. If you want a nice place to live, this is it!

The staff are very organized and on top of their stuff. They have strict rules and regulations and follow through with them, which I appreciate. Parking is kinda hard on weekends because residents have guest over and I usually have a hard time finding a parking spot. The apartments themselves are great and the other residents I have encountered are great as well. Noise is pretty good, its just the bar scene across the street that makes the location 3 stars buuut even with a bar across the street I haven't seen too much danger, it is patrolled heavily which makes me feel safe. I appreciate this apartment complex alot.
